Back from Miami

Ok back from Miami with some new incentive to do this.

Tuesday 3/28/2006

Breakfast:

Some Cereal = 110 kcal

Lunch:

Ham Sandwich = 140 + 100 + 60 = 300 kcal

Soup = 200 kcal

Snack:

Cake = 100 kcal

CC + Jam Sandwich + extra bread = 280 + 60 + 30 = 370 kcal

Dinner:

Pasta + Sauce = 400 + 200 + 100 = 700 kcal

Grand Total: 110 + 300 + 200 + 100 + 370 + 700 = 1300 + 370 + 110 = 1780 kcal
