Breakfast: Choc Lucky Charms + milk = 210 kcal

Running total: 310 kcal

Lunch: Chicken Teriyaki Bowl = 600 kcal

Snack: cake = 150 kcal

Running Total = 310 + 600 + 150 = 1060 kcal

Dinner: Salad + Soup = 700 kcal

Snack: Popcorn + Bread = 340 kcal

Gym bike - 220 kcal

Grand Total: 1060 + 700 + 340 = 2100 kcal
