Lunch: Salad = 450 kcal

Running Total = 180 + 450 = 630 kcal

Snack: Cornnuts = 170 kcal

Running Total = 800 kcal

Dinner: McD's Grilled Chick. Sand + Med. Fries + 2 apple pies = 1300 kcal

Grand Total: 1300 + 800 = 2100 kcal
