Brunch: Ham & Cheese Croissant = 600 kcal

Dinner: JITB Ciabatta Chick + Eggroll + med. curly fries + corndog = 1042 + 240 = 1282 kcal

Late Night Emotional Eating: Sailsbury Steak Frozen Dinner + 1.5 bagel sand + 0.5 white sandwich = 210 + 330 + 60 + 180 = 780 kcal

Grand Total: 600 + 1282 + 780 = 2662 kcal
