Lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich = 110 kcal

Running Total = 320 kcal

Dinner: 2 piece KFC (OR Breast + Drumstick + Cole Slaw + Biscuit + Corn + Potato Wedge + Butter + Honey) = 1280 + 160 = 1440 kcal

Snack: Popcorn = 260 kcal

Grand Total = 320 + 1440 + 260 = 2020 kcal
