Dinner: Turkey Ham & Cheese Sandwich = 600 kcal

Tuna Bagel Sandwich: 500 kcal

Late Night Snack:

Chips and Dip = 400 kcal

Snickers Ice Cream Bar = 200 kcal

Grand Total: 600 + 600 + 500 + 400 + 200 = 2300 kcal
