Lunch 11/6/05:

Soup x 2 = 400 kcal

Crackers = 100 kcal

Popcorn = 360 kcal

Dinner 11/6/05:

Salad = 275 kcal

Croutons = 100 kcal

Salad = 150 kcal

Left Over Ravioli = 200 kcal
