Breakfast 10/26/2005:

Chocolate Lucky Charms + milk = 210 kcal

1 cup tea = 12 oz

Lunch 10/26/2005:

Cup of soup = 75 kcal

Salad + Balsamic = 285 kcal

Grilled Chicken Sandwich (half bun) = 200 + 100 = 300 kcal

2 cups diet Pepsi = 32 oz

Afternoon snack 10/26/2005:

Hummus Sandwich = 140 + 50 + 20 = 210 kcal

Running Total: 210 + 75 + 285 + 300 + 210 = 1080 kcal

Fluids: 12 + 8 + 32 = 52 oz

Dinner 10/26/2005:

Turkey Sandwich + Light Ranch = 420 kcal

Gym 35 min on bike = 375 kcal

2 glasses of water and cup of tea = 22 oz

Final Talley: 1080 + 420 = 1500 kcal on the dot baby!

Fluids 52 + 22 = 72 oz.
