Lunch: Subway Turkey Sandwich + Baked Chips = 560 + 140 = 700 kcal

Gym -240 kcal, 276 lbs


Dinner: Homemade (Rice + Chicken + Lots of Veggies + Sauce) = 500 + 200 + 450 + 200 = 1350 kcal

(If I eat the whole thing so some incentive here :-) )

Grand Total: 2050 kcal
