Lunch: BBQ Chicken + Carne Asada + Tortillas + Potato Salad = 1050 kcal

Running Total = 1260 kcal

Dinner: Subway Turkey Sandwich = 560 kcal

Snack: Popcorn = 260 kcal

gym -260 kcal

278 lbs (I thought this was pretty impressive)

Grand Total = 1260 + 560 + 260 = 2080 kcal
